the 3 stars are for the quality of the watch as a watch in and of itself, the lack of the last 2 is because it doesn't look much like a genuine. I have a genuine yachtmaster, and this watch keeps time just as well, runs well over a day on a full charge, and is waterproof (I've submerged it) at least in shallow water. however, don't fool yourself, you can tell in one second this is not a genuine watch. as an owner of the gen, I can tell from across the room which one is which. Side by side, a 12 year old girl can tell they're two different watches, although many people think the fake one is the real one, until they handle it. truth be told, this is probably the hardest rolex to fake, given the texture of the dial and bezel. I'd recommend going for a sea-dweller, explorer I, or airking if you want a fake that is hard to spot. On a side note, two of my friends have bought a breitling super avenger and omega planet ocean 45mm, and they are superb copies. the omega is the best replica I've ever seen.
1) the color of the dial is off, it's too yellow, and too sparkly. the fake actually is more blingin' than the real one. also, the red font is a little too orangey, compared to the more brick-red of the genuine
2) the date is over magnified (this seems to be the case with all of the fake rolexes, or the font is too thick, which is why I'd say go for a model that doesn't use the date cyclops)
3) the raised numbers and hash marks on the bezel are too tall and square. the real one is much more subtle. no hard edges anywhere on the genuine watch
4) the bezel is a clickety-clackety affair. No comparison to the smoothness and preciseness of the real one. None whatsoever.
5) the edges around the crown guard are much harder. the genuine is very well finished with soft edges.
6) the applied glow in the dark hour markers are again lacking in the smooth borders and subtle transitions found in the genuine. they don't glow quite as bright either, but they're pretty good.
7) quality of the bracelet...it's noiser, doesn't have smooth edges (you catch a lot more hair) and doesn't feel as smooth rolling between your fingers. Not that big a deal though

Final verdict: stay away from this one...it could be an embarassment at a cocktail party, too easy to spot (I can tell just from these photographs most of the things I mentioned above, let alone when its next to the real thing). But definitely go for another model with the eta
