Andrew, I received the above watch last week, and I wanted to tell you how pleased I am with it. As your records will show, I have ordered many watches from you, almost all of which are automatics. Most have day and date, and the chronos too. This time I wanted a quartz-based watch, with day and date, and full chrono functions. The above watch met these requirements, beyond my expectations. The watch has full cronograph function, for up to 12 hours. I often use this feature when taking medications. With the rotating bezel, I can track a second medicine at the same time. In addition, the watch is very easy to read, even in dim light.

The day and date work flawlessly. They both change together around 11:30 pm. They too, are very easy to read, even without my glasses. And the rubber watchband is very comfortable. Also, it doesn't collect dust or dirt.

Lastly, I compared the watch to pictures of the real watch on IWC's websites. I was quite surprised to find that your watch is virtually an exact replication. The real watch is an automatic and yours is quartz, and that is the only real difference. And your anti-reflective coating is a very nice addition.

For the price, this watch has got to be your best bargain. I think it's a steal!

P.S. - There was one quirk. When I received the watch, it was packed such that the watchband was twisted, bent, and crushed. However, I can't undo the twists or bends. I tried heat, but to no avail. Any suggestions? - Alan
