At first I thought this was a spectacular rep, especially for the price. But my issues lie with the case, which is the same on all models.
1) the inner ring "original gas escape valve...ring lock system" is not centered correctly, the entire thing is rotated about 1 minute, which is painfully obvious on the bottom part. THis is the major flaw. If not for this you could probably fool most people.
2) the engraving is way too thick and imprecise on this inner ring.
3) the clasp has a sharp spring that sticks out and pokes. you don't notice it when wearing it, but you do when handling it, it is quite sharp.
4) the bracelet does not fit that well into the case, it is a little too narrow, so you can see light between the lugs and the bracelet
5) the date window does not have the bezeled edges that the original does. nobody will notice this, but wanted to mention it
6) bezel of course doesn't have the smoothness or silence of the original, but it does line up exactly at 12, so I can't fault it too much
7) the engraving on the clasp isn't very crisp, almost looks smudged
All this being said, I am quite happy with the watch for what I paid for it. It will fool anyone while still on your wrist, and it is very heavy.However, since the same cases are used for the $328 version, I would not be so happy if I dropped that much coin, and anybody who handles the watch and looks closely will realize it isn't genuine.
Another thing I want to mention is that I ordered two watches, and I was delivered an empty box that had been slashed and the the contents stolen ($350 loss). Andrew replaced this watch, but not the $220 one. He offered to sell me both for 50% off. So just be aware that you are not protected, and you take on all the risk.
