I gave this watch one star because I couldn't give it minus 5. I purchased the watch (my second from Trusty Time), it arrived very quickly (Andrew also very kindly sent me extra links for the strap) but the watch does not work - it stops at 3am and 3pm every day and won't start unless I move the hands. I have written over 20 emails to Andrew but have not had a response. This is now over three weeks now without a response! Why does he not contact me?????
