Product looked (felt/weighed!) incredible! Mechanism stopped working however after 11 mos of light use. Andrew asked me to return it (upon contacting him ) to Trusty Time, via Registered mail. Email communication was prompt and professional. Watch returned after about 15 days total (from China) and looks/works great! No charge except for my posatage, ($25) one way. Now that's service! A loyal/repeat customer is born!
